I bought my first reflex camera at age 15 and have never looked back. The thrill of transferring light onto film has forever fascinated me, simply because there is no stepping back.
Time is stopped with a click and a shutter movement, a single point in time is captured, shelved and stored. The resulting image allows us to revisit that moment, taste it all over again and frame it forever.
To me photography is about the harmonisation of light, history and beauty and my photographs attempt to tell a true story, one all can relate to, cherish and keep.
